1-1 Online Coaching
£300pm
Bespoke, completely tailored to you, 1-1 coaching. Whether you want to quit yo-yo dieting for good, find food freedom, or achieve the fat loss goals you’ve always wanted; this is the highest level of support I offer.
I also offer this service to pre & postnatal clients too. Whether you’re looking to stay strong throughout pregnancy or want to safely recover and rehab your body after birth, I will write a bespoke plan for you to keep you safe and guide during this very precious time in your life. Who better to coach you during this time, than me? A PT and a midwife.
Commit To 6
£219 for 6 weeks (£199 early bird offer)
The Commit To 6 programme fosters an atmosphere of encouragement and camaraderie, where members uplift and support each other on their wellness journey. This is a hybrid of group coaching and 1-1 where you’ll get check -ins with your coach every other week. If you want to lose weight, tone up, quit fad diets this could be a great option for you if you don’t have the budget for 1-1 online.
In person PT
£160 for 4 sessions p/m
If you’re looking to get strong & toned, but you feel intimidated going into a public gym, in person PT could be the right option for you. Come and train with me in a private gym, set in beautiful countryside. Learn how to lift and train your body, giving you confidence that bleeds into all other areas of your life.

At the beginning of 2020 I embarked on a mission to change my health, for good. I had become so fed up with always feeling uncomfortable in my body, yo-yo dieting and unsure of how to actually get to my goals.
Confused by a sea of; 'eat this', 'don't eat that', 'syn this', 'only drink these'... I decided to go back to basics and educate myself about energy balance, sustainable health and exercise.
I successfully lost over 20kgs, and have maintained my results for over three years now. But the real WIN for me was setting myself free from all the BS out there, and from the discomfort I felt within myself. I learnt to love and respect my body, rather than hating it into change.
I wanted other people to experience that freedom, so, alongside my full-time job as a midwife, I studied hard to become a personal trainer and in March 2022, I launched my online coaching.
I have now successfully coached over 100 women to help them achieve their goals and change their lives long term.

Why choose me to be your coach?
Free Calorie Calculator
Use my free calorie calculator to get a starting point to begin tracking calories. After entering your information, the calculator will give you two numbers.
The first is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), also known as 'maintenance calories.' The second is your deficit calories.
Remember, this number is a starting point from which you can adjust if needed. Give yourself at least three weeks of tracking at the number provided. If there is no progress in that time, you can adjust calories by 100-200. Before you lower your calories, you must ensure that you have been as consistent as possible. Having meals out, overeating in the evening, or drinking alcohol and not tracking it is not consistent. So, if you've been doing those things, it's unlikely you'll need to lower your calories and more likely that you just need to get consistent.
If you'd like to know what your surplus calories are, just add 10-15% to your TDEE calories.
